Many readers sending mails asking about LDR & Sometimes LDRP, well here is the difference between the two :-
LDR – Labour, Delivery, Recovery
LDRP – Labour, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum
Basically it means what are the suites capable of, I mean in the first case, the same room can be used for Labour, for delivery & for Recovery so till that there is not moving around from one room to the other, in the second case even Postpartum is there, it means after recovery you can stay there & move out only when you go back home, no need to shift you again to Pvt room / deluxe room etc., My God how lazy we have become 
So next time any hospital tries to sell you anything, you know exactly what it means as this is different from Luxury rooms or Pvt rooms or whatever they call. Also please make a note of how many such LDR / LDRP rooms are available, not that they have only 2 –3 and it is booked the day you come
