Under prenatal they cover each and every aspect of pregnancy. The topics included in this programme are:

• Menstrual cycle and pregnancy
• Physiology of pregnancy
• Nutrition during pregnancy
• Labour
• Cesarean section

• Breast-feeding

Lamaze Classes : The greatest advantage of lamaze is that it allows the woman to assume an active role in one of the most creative events of her life. Lamaze allows the mother to maintain control and dignity throughout her labour, thereby making childbirth a fulfilling experience.

There are 6 sessions on lamaze of 1 hour duration each. Lamaze training starts from the 7th month onwards.
