There is no such thing, A Pregnant Woman can have the drinking water and also should have in large quantities. It is advisable to have three different Water Bottles, one for Morning, Noon and Eve
Ladoos – After Pregnancy Ladoos are must and help you a lot
This Myth is more prominent in my community ( Marwaris ), these Ladoos are good to eat but you should not have only these all day – don’t indulge in it. Man, with all that Ghee that goes into it – to be honest they do nothing but give Fat to the body
Ghee Helps Breast Myths – False
In short – It does not in any help in Breast Milk
